Pricing
Pricing for WINTERFEST 2026 indoor 8-foot tables are $25 per table and a few 6-foot tables are available upon request for $20. Reservations completed and paid prior to February 1, 2026 will be eligible for a discount of $5 per table. In addition, each vendor staff member will need a vendor pass priced at $10. Raffle tickets may be purchased on/after 15 Jan 2026 via Ticket Stripe.
- Outside tailgating spaces are $20 for the first space and $10 for each additional space. One admission is included. No advanced reservations needed.
- To reserve WINTERFEST 2026 indoor tables: Please visit the WINTERFEST 2026 vendors page and identify open tables. Then fill out the reservations request form, below.

Cancellation Policy
If you find that you need to cancel your reservation, please use the contact information above to get in touch with us as soon as possible, even if it’s the morning of the event. We will attempt to re-rent your table(s), and we will refund any rental payment you have made if we are successful in doing so.
