BY-Laws

The BY-Laws of VWS were updated on 11 November 2022 by approval of more than 2/3rds those attending the annual membership meeting .The updated Bylaws may be downloaded from the button above.

Standing Rules

On August 10, 2018 the membership present at a Special Meeting approved by voice vote the Club’s initial set of Standing Rules. Standing Rules can be updated by the Board of Directors. The current version of the Standing Rules is at the button above. (Updated April 2, 2024)
